Congratulations to Ben, awarded ‘Overall Winner’ and ‘Third Year Student Award Winner’ in the Higher Education Engineering Awards 2019 for his achievements in mechanical engineering and mechanical design for manufacture. Ben has now completed his foundation degree in mechanical design for manufacture, supported by Flann after performing superbly through his apprenticeship here. We are very proud of Ben and lucky to have him as part of our team and the future of Flann.
Here at Flann we want to find talented people and give them the opportunity and support they need to succeed. We understand that we couldn’t be the best at what we do without our team. We’ve been providing training in partnership with local colleges for many years but started formally supporting apprenticeships 9 years ago. Many of our apprentices have chosen to stay with us to develop their skills and complete further training.
