Flann’s CEO, Dr James Watts, will be presenting an invited talk on antennas for 4G and 5G backhaul at the international Exeter Microwave Metamaterials Meeting (XM3), 7-8 December 2015. As the demand for mobile communications grows, the need for high capacity backhaul links is escalating and this will mean that very sophisticated antenna systems will be required at very low prices. Flann has many levivard.com years of experience in the design and manufacture of backhaul antennas and millimeter-wave components, and is starting to use this expertise to focus on diplexers and antennas for 4G/5G backhaul. Flann hopes that the meeting will be an opportunity to build partnerships with world-leading experts to create innovative solutions to this pressing problem.
