Ollie Ubly and Ben Berger attended the Apprenticeship Recruitment event hosted by Cornwall College Group.
Following on from the success of previous apprenticeship schemes run between Flann Microwave and Cornwall College we have identified the need to promote and encourage students to consider Engineering Apprenticeships for the future of our continued success.
Ollie is a time served member of the company and Ben has succesfully completed an apprenticeship and they continue to further develop their skills and knowledge via company funded training.
These types of events help us to identify engineers of the future.
