Flann is proactively taking steps to protect and safeguard employees, customers, and the local community.

The company adheres to UK government regulation and guidance from public health agencies.

Flann has been working for some time to prepare for all potential outcomes for our business specifically how to support our worldwide sales network and customers through this sustained period of uncertainty.

We want to share the actions we are taking in response to this unique and evolving situation.

Employee, Customer, and Local Community safety:

In response to or in anticipation of government actions across the globe, Flann has implemented the following steps:

• Social distancing
• Working from home where feasible
• Use of online conferencing technology and collaboration tools as an alternative to face to face meetings
• Facility access only for critical staff who are required to maintain operations
• Enhanced cleaning of the whole facility
• A vigilant approach to personal hygiene
• Cancellation of all domestic and international travel for the foreseeable

Ongoing Customer Support:

Flann remains committed to supporting customers during this time. Should Flann’s ability to ship and support product and solutions be impacted for any reason those customers will be notified.

The whole team is working collaboratively to ensure operational resiliency and the provision of business-critical services, with preparations in progress to enact additional measures as the situation evolves.

We remain wholly committed to providing the highest levels of customer and partner service and continue to strive to maintain our position as a leading designer and manufacturer of waveguide components, assemblies and systems.
